All Everybody Sport and Recreation leisure facilities to remain closed until further notice
Following recent guidance from central government and Public Health England we have together with Cheshire East Council, made the decision to keep our leisure facilities and services closed until July at the earliest.
It is our priority to put the health and wellbeing of our customers and staff first above anything else.
We will continue to review the situation and the guidance presented to us and we are working closely with partners to understand the impact of Covid-19 on the leisure sector. Earlier re-opening steps may include some of our services, for example outdoor sport, but this will only happen once we can ensure it is safe to do so for our customers & staff, in line with public health guidelines. We will continue to review this in the next few weeks.
Our retained teams of staff are currently adapting & redesigning our operating practices, including facility layouts to incorporate social distancing which will ensure we are ready to serve our customers again when the time is right.

Can I freeze/cancel my membership?
There will be no need to freeze/cancel your membership as we will not be taking any payments until our centres re-open, so you don’t need to worry about rejoining! You’ll get instant access as soon as our doors reopen and we will inform you in advance of any membership fees being taken.
All direct debit payments made at the next possible collection date will be at a discounted pro-rota price to reflect the remainder of march 2020 during closure. We will not issue refunds.
For Annual Cash/Upfront payment members we will be adding on the extra months to the end of our membership renewal date so you aren’t missing any months in your membership.
Also, by staying loyal to us we will be providing you with access to free online workouts and tips and advice from our expert trainers and health teams to keep you motivated during these difficult times.

What about swimming lessons?
There will be no need to freeze/cancel your membership as we will not be taking any payments until our centres re-open, so you don’t need to worry about rejoining! We will guarantee the same lesson day and time as and when we re-open.
All pre-paid lessons will be credited to your account and we will inform you in advance of any swim membership fees being taken upon lessons starting again.
I have a booking at your centre, what happens next?
All bookings will be cancelled/postponed until we re-open and we will be contacting you to discuss your options in the future.
