Everybody Sport and Recreation to Close all Cheshire East Leisure Facilities
Following recent guidance from central government and Public Health England we have together with Cheshire East Council, made the decision to close all of our leisure facilities as of close of business on the evening of Friday 20th March 2020.
It is our priority to put the health and wellbeing of our customers and staff first above anything else.
As you can expect these have been very uncertain and unpredictable times, we look to close until the end of April but we will continue to review the situation.
As your local health and wellbeing Charity we have joined together with a number of our health and fitness partners to be able to help you to stay active and lead a healthy lifestyle from home. You can find out more information by visiting: www.everybody.org.uk
Please see a list of our facilities below affected:
**for all non-leisure services these will remain open to the public at this time (Library, Adult Services and Childrens Services)
*access will still be given for all adult day care services
We would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our Everybody customers and partners for their continued support during this time.
As a health and wellbeing registered charity we hope to soon be able to continue in investing in our local communities and we hope you and your family and friends remain safe and well.
If you have any queries please contact us on: [email protected] and we will try our best to respond to your queries as soon as possible.
Can I freeze/cancel my membership?
There will be no need to freeze/cancel your membership as we will not be taking any payments until our centres re-open, so you don’t need to worry about rejoining! You’ll get instant access as soon as our doors reopen and we will inform you in advance of any membership fees being taken.
All direct debit payments made at the next possible collection date will be at a discounted pro-rota price to reflect the remainder of march 2020 during closure. We will not issue refunds.
For Annual Cash/Upfront payment members we will be adding on the extra months to the end of our membership renewal date so you aren’t missing any months in your membership.
Also, by staying loyal to us we will be providing you with access to free online workouts and tips and advice from our expert trainers and health teams to keep you motivated during these difficult times.
If you still want to cancel once we re-open you must notify us by emailing [email protected]
What about swimming lessons?
