Falls Prevention Programme

Be Steady Be Safe is an evidenced based 12 week programme, consisting of weekly exercise classes suitable for people with poor strength, mobility and balance, wanting to reduce falls, increase social interaction and improve overall wellbeing.

Do you want to make friends, have fun & feel energised? Move it or Lose it helps you to improve your flexibility, aerobic health & balance. All the exercises can be carried out seated or standing.
