Adult Inclusive Cycling

Everybody Health & Leisure will be running an Adult Inclusive Cycling session for adults with an impairment or additional need to have the opportunity to go cycling, keep active, be independent or just have fun. There will be a range of adapted bikes for people to try and have a go on in the sports hall and will be supervised by Everybody Coaches. Helmets will be provided but you are welcome to bring your own helmet if you prefer.

These sessions will be limited to small numbers (maximum of 7 per session) and run in hourly sessions. Places need to be booked in advance using the booking links below. Admission is £4.20 per person for non-members (£3.20 for Options or Wildcard members) to be paid at reception on arrival.
