What is Everybody Strength?

Everybody Strength is a 45 minute strength workout, that utilises sets and reps to give a full body workout. Through controlled full body movements you will be coached through technique, and ways to challenge yourself.

Who is the class for?


What should I bring?

Some water and a towel.

What should I wear?

Comfortable clothing, suitable to undertake squats and lunges, and full range upper body exercises.

What do I need to know?

This class will involve using bars and free weights, kettlebells, and bodyweight movements.
