We offer a huge range of Group Fitness classes including Group Adult, Group Family, Junior and Senior specialised sessions, selected by our Master Fitness Leads to suit people of all fitness levels.
There’s over 40 group fitness classes to choose from, with high-intensity sessions such as Les Mills SPRINT™ and Everybody TRAIN, mind and wellbeing sessions such as Les Mills BODYBALANCE™ and Yoga, and water-based sessions such as Aquafit and Aquanatal.
Everybody members can book online in advance to beat the crowds and reserve a place in all group fitness classes. Non-member walk-ins are also welcome with classes charged per-person, per-session.
Please note: we do have a Booking Policy in place for those booking classes in advance. If you need to cancel a booking, please refer to the booking policy.
