What to expect on our Mindful Art in the Park sessions

In these sessions we welcome you to join us in using mindfulness and art to connect with nature.

Every session will be different with the freedom to create, meditate and relax in an encouraging and self-reflecting environment.

No previous art skills are required! This is an opportunity to learn and grow using nature, art, grounding, journaling, and reflection whilst meeting like-minded people in our beautiful green space.

Mindful Art in the Park is for adults 18+ and runs over 12 sessions.

Free tea, coffee and a biscuit at the start of all sessions.
