What to expect on our Mindful Meander sessions

Start with a focussed activity to help you feel connected and grounded, followed by a gentle walk around the park, with mindful activities to help you notice what is around you.

Including wildlife walks, bird watching and tree identification.

Our Mindful Meander sessions are free-of-charge, for adults 18+ and run over 12 sessions.

Free tea, coffee and a biscuit at the start of all sessions.

Our Mindful Meander sessions are a 12 week rolling programme and your attendance is over consecutive weeks, however you can start on a date that suits you.

Please note there are disabled parking bays in the carpark on Queens Park Drive.

Join us for a gentle stroll around the park on accessible paths, wheelchair friendly, although there are some inclines that might be difficult if participant is being pushed.
