Take a breath and relax with these bite sized mindfulness sessions. Each session has a real focus on slowing down and being present by exploring your connection with nature in our wonderful parks. These sessions are a great introduction to mindfulness and will provide you with techniques to use to help you relax in your everyday life.

Our Mindfulness for Women or Mindfulness for Men sessions are for adults 18+ and run over 12 sessions.
