Take a breath, take time out for you and relax with these bite sized mindfulness sessions. Each session has a real focus on slowing down and being present by exploring your connection with nature in our wonderful park.
These sessions are a great introduction to mindfulness and will provide you with techniques to use to help you relax in your everyday life.
Our Mindfulness for Women sessions are for adults 18+ and run over 12 sessions.
Free tea, coffee and a biscuit at the start of all sessions.
