What to expect on our Pilates for Beginners sessions

Pilates for Beginners is a low-impact exercise that strengthens your core, improves your posture, gives you better balance and enhances your flexibility. The class is a very effective way to get a workout even if you have injuries or ailments.

Our Pilates for Beginners is a free-of-charge, 6-week course, where you will all start and finish the programme together.  These sessions are for adults 18+.

No equipment is needed and the sessions take place inside at the Bowling Green at Queens Park in Crewe.

Please note there are disabled parking bays in the carpark on Queens Park Drive.

* For your first session, please arrive at 12.40pm to meet Claire at the main gates of the park. Parking is available off the slip road just past the main gates.
