We may not say it out loud, but motherhood is hard. Therefore, self-care and ‘me time’ are important components for your own wellbeing, happiness and mental health. Keeping you happy and healthy so that you can look after your family and your children.
To celebrate the month of Mother’s Day, we would like to invite all the mums to take some me time at the gym, joining some fitness classes or even a yoga session as a way of pampering yourself.
We will give all mums the opportunity to try any of our facilities for FREE for a day using the gym, classes or swimming pools, you name it!
