We are providing online ESCAPE-pain exercise session workouts, for people with chronic pain of the knee and hip, where it is safe to do so, to help and support people during the current difficult situation.
Everybody Workout Card- Multiple Sclerosis
Suitable exercises for anyone who has been diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. Please take care with the classified type of MS you have and consult your health professional if you need clearance to take part in exercise. Please take reasonable precautions to prevent damage or injury. Please do not participate in workouts if advised by your doctor against.

Our Health Referral Lead Kevin has put together a workout card suitable for all stages of COPD. Please take reasonable precautions to prevent damage or injury. Please do not participate in workouts if advised by your doctor against.
Everybody Workout Card- Stroke
Our Health Referral Lead Kevin has put together a workout card for people who have had a Stroke (Cerebrovascular accident) or Transient Ischaemic Attack. Please take reasonable precautions to prevent damage or injury. Please do not participate in workouts if advised by your doctor against.
Everybody Workout Card- Diabetes Type 1 & 2
Our Health Referral Lead Kevin has put together a workout card with 10 muscular strength exercises, to help with the management of diabetes through exercises. Do not exercise if blood glucose level is >13mmol/l with ketone or if testing is not possible. Exercise with caution if blood glucose level is >13mmol/l without ketone. It’s important to check your blood glucose levels during exercise and you may need to consume a sugary drink or carbohydrate snack. Please take reasonable precautions to prevent damage or injury.
