Everybody Junior Exercise Referral Scheme

Aimed at young people aged 14 to 17 years, who live with an illness or long-term health condition to increase physical activity levels and improve their quality of life.

Junior Gym

Junior Gym sessions are open to young people aged 11+ in order to help young people to experience the same positive mental, physical and social health benefits of exercise as adults do.
