Aqua Relax

Aqua Relax

Aqua Relax is a swimming session for people with specific medical conditions. Swimming is a great way to move more, increase everyday activities and be active. Just because you have a medical condition doesn’t mean you can’t be active or have to stop!

You can go at your own pace, starting slowly and building up gradually. We welcome a family member or friend to join in the session, offering support and being active together. After the session why not enjoy a drink in our community café at the Crewe Lifestyle Centre and relax.

Time: 12.00pm to 1.00pm

Where: Crewe Lifestyle Centre

We have mixed changing facilities, with private changing cubicals. The pool is fitted with accessible lifts to make accessibility into the pool easier for people with mobility problems and the number of people accessing the session is limited to ensure people’s safety
